Returns and Exchanges


You may cancel your purchase of goods by notifying NYOKI by email within 2 days of your order being placed. In such cases a full refund will be made to the purchaser's Credit / Debit Card.


Risk in any Product shall pass to the Customer upon delivery.
It shall be the responsibility of the customer to insure products against all risks from the time of delivery.

You may cancel your purchase of goods within 14 days of receipt of goods by notifying NYOKI by email at returns@nyoki.co.uk. You must then return the goods to NYOKI at your expense. When returning an item, please make sure you include your full name and contact details, and order number - a copy of the original invoice, and the original packaging. Return your goods in the same condition you received them: unwashed, unworn and in the original packaging, with all the tags still attached. Please make sure to mention the reason for your return and please give as many comments as you can. We'd really rather know if we got something wrong.
We cannot be held responsible for any item returned to us in any other way.

If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods NYOKI reserve the right not to accept their return.

NYOKI will refund your purchase price to you in full within 30 days of the receipt of your returned goods.
